Who we are

LR Growth (“LR Growth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a marketing and lead-generation company. We run ads and forms to connect homeowners with construction and home-improvement contractors.

We are not the contractor who performs the work. When you submit a form, you are asking to be contacted about a project. We collect that request and pass it to the contractor client (or clients) who may handle it.

Privacy questions and requests: support@lrgrowth.com

What this policy covers

This policy applies when you:

  • Submit a form on our website
  • Submit a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead form that links to this page
  • Call, text, or email us
  • Visit lrgrowth.com or related pages we operate

It does not control how Meta uses data under Meta’s own policies, or how a contractor client uses your information after we send them the lead. Those companies have their own policies.

Information we collect

Information you give us

Depending on the form, this may include:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Street address, city, and state
  • Whether you are the homeowner
  • Project or service details you type in
  • Any other answers you choose to submit

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site or interact with our ads, we and our providers may collect:

  • IP address
  • Device and browser type
  • Pages viewed and approximate location
  • Date and time of the visit
  • Ad click identifiers and cookie / pixel data (including Meta)

Information created during follow-up

If we or a contractor client follow up, we may keep:

  • Call or text logs
  • Notes about the appointment or project
  • Your opt-out or “do not contact” status

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, or other sensitive financial data on these lead forms.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Follow up by phone, text, or email about scheduling an appointment
  • Confirm the request is real and that we can reach you
  • Match your request with one or more contractor clients who may provide the service
  • Send your information to those contractor clients so they can contact you and handle the job
  • Keep records of leads, appointments, and communications
  • Measure and improve our ads and website, including sending conversion events back to Meta
  • Prevent fraud, spam, and abuse
  • Comply with law and honor opt-out requests

We use your information for the reason you submitted the form: getting you in touch about a construction or home-improvement appointment. We do not add you to unrelated newsletters unless you separately ask for that.

Who has access to your information

LR Growth staff

People on our team who need the lead to review it, call or text you, book an appointment, or support the campaign.

Our contractor clients

This is the main handoff.

We work with multiple construction and home-improvement contractor clients. When you submit a form, we may share your name, contact details, address, homeowner status, and project details with one or more contractor clients who serve your area or the type of work you asked about.

Those clients may then contact you by phone, text, or email about the appointment or project.

Once we share a lead with a contractor client:

  • That client is responsible for how they use it
  • Their own privacy policy applies to their use
  • We ask them to use the information only to follow up on the request you submitted, but we cannot control every action they take after they receive it

We do not post your information publicly or sell it to unrelated companies.

Service providers that work for us

We share information with vendors only so they can run tools for us, not so they can market their own products to you. These include:

  • GoHighLevel — stores leads, pipelines, and follow-up activity
  • Meta Platforms — delivers lead forms and ads, and helps us measure whether a form or appointment came from an ad
  • Website hosting and security providers
  • Phone, SMS, and email delivery providers
  • Analytics tools

These providers are allowed to use your information only to provide their service to us, except where their own terms also apply (for example, Meta’s data policy for ads and lead forms).

Legal and safety

We may disclose information if we believe we must, including to:

  • Respond to a lawful request, subpoena, or court order
  • Protect the rights, safety, or property of LR Growth, our clients, or other people
  • Investigate fraud or abuse

Business transfers

If LR Growth is sold, merged, or reorganized, lead and customer records may transfer to the new owner, who should use them under this policy or a replacement policy they publish.

Calls, texts, and email

If you submit a phone number or email, we and our contractor clients may use it to follow up about your appointment request.

Texts (SMS)

If you opt in to texts, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to texts is not required to request an appointment.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. We may share your number with:

  • Our messaging / CRM provider (GoHighLevel and related carriers) so messages can be delivered
  • The contractor client handling your request, so they can follow up on that same request

A privacy policy is not the same thing as texting consent. If we collect SMS consent, it will be through a separate, clear opt-in on the form — not by burying it only in this page.

Calls

We or a contractor client may call you about scheduling. You can ask us to stop calling by emailing support@lrgrowth.com or saying so on the call.

Cookies, pixels, and Meta ads

Our website and ads may use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to:

  • Keep the site working
  • Understand which ads lead to form submits
  • Measure appointments and other outcomes

Meta may receive information because you submitted a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, or because a pixel / conversions tool reports that you took an action after seeing an ad. Meta uses that information under its own policies.

You can control many cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect site or ad measurement.

How long we keep information

We keep lead information only as long as we need it to:

  • Complete follow-up and appointment booking
  • Allow contractor clients to service the request
  • Measure campaigns
  • Resolve disputes
  • Meet legal or recordkeeping duties

As a normal practice, we aim to delete or de-identify inactive lead records within 24 months after last contact, unless we need to keep them longer (for example, an open project, a legal hold, or an opt-out list so we do not contact you again).

Opt-out and “do not contact” records may be kept longer so we can honor them.

How we protect information

We use reasonable safeguards, such as:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS) where we collect information online
  • Access limited to people and tools that need the lead
  • Vendor accounts used to store and route leads (including GoHighLevel)

No online system is perfectly secure. If we believe a breach affects your information, we will notify you and regulators when the law requires it.

Your choices and rights

You can email support@lrgrowth.com to:

  • Ask what information we have about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Ask us to delete information we control
  • Ask us to stop calling, texting, or emailing you

We may need to verify it is you before we fulfill a request. We may keep limited records when the law requires it, or to keep you off future contact lists.

If we have already sent your information to a contractor client, we can delete or suppress what we still control and notify the client when we can. We cannot always erase a copy the client already stored in their own system. You may also need to contact that contractor directly.

California and other US state privacy laws

If you are a resident of California or another state with similar privacy laws, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
  • Request deletion or correction
  • Opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

We do not sell personal information to data brokers for money.

Some state laws treat certain disclosures as a “sale” or “share,” including sending a lead to a contractor client so they can contact you, or sending data to advertising platforms like Meta to measure ads. If you want to opt out of that type of sharing going forward, email support@lrgrowth.com with the subject line Privacy request.

We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

Do-not-track

There is no single standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals. We do not respond to them in a uniform way. Use the request process above for a specific opt-out.

Children

These forms and services are for adults and homeowners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you think a child submitted a form, email support@lrgrowth.com and we will delete it.

Third-party links and platforms

Our ads and site may link to Meta, contractor websites, or other third parties. Their privacy practices are their own. Please read their policies before you submit information to them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page when our practices or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. For a material change, we may also provide an additional notice (for example, a note on our website).

The current version on this page is the one that applies.
